Good concept but i have a few ideas on how you can improve this idea.

-Get rid of the bananas
-Make the pail mouse controlled sometimes its impossible to get them all not matter how good you are because the pail moves to slowly useing the keyboard
-Change the in game music, the title screen is fine but the other one of mind-numbing
- Change to a lives based system to lose

On a good note your interface is nice and the concept is good!

This is top notch, if this is just a hobby of yours you should really look into turning it into a profession. Your music would fit amazing into games like Suikoden, Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea and all the alike. Keep up the amazing work.
